He causes the Gifts (spaceships) to fall from the sky. But recently he sent the Bad Moon Orc Clan to punish the unfaithful.
Asira tells us of the other tribes, and says that a show of strength (military) will ensure that they will cooperate.

Xev Bem and Zarathustra travel out to the waste to look for ships with active power systems and warp cores to booby trap them, turning them into proto-nuclear weapons to use remotely against the Orcs.
The captain sends the Kroot Shaper to investigate the strength of the Horde of the Bad Moon tribe by doing extensive reconnaisance in the area. They find a ship sticking upright and used as a base by the orcs. it has buggies and bolter/stubbers on the grounds around the horde of orcs and gretchin which we seem to outnumber. but some orcs are outside the camp.
we spend two months preparing the battlefield.
we plan to incite their rage by crashing the recovered ship into the orcish ship’s macrobattery
with Eisenhelix and Zarathustra and then we will steal their warbuggies. we will lure them into a valley littered with derilict warp cores that we will use as bombs. we will use the tribesmen to lure the orcs into the valley.
